What types of inspections are there? Pre production inspection The initial production inspection is the on-site product inspection conducted before the start of production until 20% is completed. PPI is a preliminary inspection of all equipment, materials, semi-finished products, and some finished products to be used in production, and is the first step to ensure product quality. The early production inspection is a warning system that can protect your product from high import risks. For all inspections, TKG uses the internationally recognized standard ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1) statistical sampling procedure. These comprehensive standards cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and size.
Mid production inspection DPI Mid production inspection can detect and correct problems early in production. When at least 20% -80% of production is completed, on-site inspections can be arranged. We use internationally recognized AQL sampling standards (ISO 2859-1) to ensure the most accurate results are obtained. We will provide appropriate corrective measures and recommendations for any issues identified.
Final Random Inspection (FRI) Also known as pre shipment inspection PSI (pre shipment inspection) When the order is 100% produced and more than 80% packaged, you can entrust a third-party inspection company to inspect your product. Inspectors will randomly select products for inspection. TKG verifies the quantity and quality of products that should be inspected based on the internationally recognized Quality Acceptance Standard (AQL). After the inspection is completed, a detailed inspection report will be sent to you.
Container Loading Inspection Service - LI (Loading Inspection) When the product production is completed and the goods are ready to be loaded into the container, we can entrust TKG professional inspection service company to supervise the container loading.
